Pebble is generally from sand mountains, which are formed by the ancient riverbed uplift after the crust movement million years ago, experiencing theflash floods hit, handling continuous extrusion, friction. THE FIRST STAGE:The raw material is conveyed to the jaw crusher for primary crushing through the hopper and a vibrating feeder uniform feeding. After primary crushed material and fine material screening by vibrating feeder are transmitted to the transfer material pile by a belt conveyer.

THE SECOND STAGE:The transmission belt machine will convey stockpile material to the cone crusher for finely broken, and then screened by the circular vibrating screen. Larger particles back to the cone crusher to be broken again; medium grained material is sent into sand making machine for fine crushing and reshaped. Grade qualified materials is the final product after washing by sand washing machine.

THE THIRD STAGE:Medium grain material is sent into the sand making machine for crushing, and then screened by a circular vibration sieve. Larger grain size material is returned to the sand making machine to be broken again. Qualified products are sent to the stockpile storage by the belt conveyor, and fine particles are sent into the sand washing machine to clean.

THE FORTH STAGE:Material that is sent into the sand washing machine is as part of the final product to be transferred by the conveyor belt to material pile.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

This product uses a motor as power. A triangle belt and pulley drives eccentric shaft through the motor pulley to make the movable jaw do reciprocating motion according to a predetermined track.

Then the materials in the crushing cavity, which consists of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and the side plate, will be crushed. The final products will be discharged from the discharge port.
